Future Stars Football Academy U-20 head coach Samuel Gabriel has commended his players for their resilience and tactical discipline after they defeated Dove Soccer Academy 3-0 to qualify for the final of the 4th Late Mubarak Wol Tournament.

The emphatic victory saw Future Stars dominate key moments of the semi-final, but Gabriel insisted the scoreline did not reflect how demanding the contest was.

According to the coach, his players remained composed under pressure and successfully implemented the tactical approach rehearsed throughout the week.

"I want to say a thousand congratulations to the players for what they delivered in the match. It wasn't an easy game—it was very tense—but the boys were equal to the task. Everything we worked on in training was reflected on the pitch, and that's why we managed to score the goals."

Gabriel said the performance demonstrated the growth and maturity of his youthful squad, who maintained their discipline from the opening whistle until the final whistle to secure a deserved victory.

With one match now separating Future Stars from the championship, the coach urged the academy's supporters to remain united behind the team.

"To the Future Stars fans, I want to say that the journey is not over. We still have one more game ahead of us. Let's continue standing with these boys. Together, we can complete this journey."

The victory extends Future Stars' impressive run in the competition and keeps alive their hopes of winning the 4th Late Mubarak Wol Tournament. The academy will now shift its focus to the final, where Samuel Gabriel's side will be aiming to crown an outstanding campaign with silverware.
