SSMF officials take part in online session focused on updated Laws of Minifootball
Referees from the South Sudan
Minifootball Federation (SSMF) took part in a one-day online workshop organised by the African Minifootball Confederation (AMC) on Tuesday, 8 September 2026.
The session focused on the new and updated Laws of Minifootball, with particular attention given to their interpretation and practical application during matches and competitions.
The workshop forms part of SSMF’s preparations for its upcoming competitions and is aimed at strengthening referee education, capacity building and officiating standards in South Sudan.
Participation in the AMC programme also provides South Sudanese referees with an opportunity to stay updated with changes to the laws while supporting the continued development of minifootball officiating in the country.
The SSMF said the workshop reflects its commitment to developing referees and raising officiating standards as minifootball continues to grow in South Sudan.
