Nigeria’s U18 boys’ volleyball team recorded a convincing 3-0 victory over Morocco at the 2026 African U18 Volleyball Championship in Alexandria, Egypt.
The match, held at the Pioneers Club, saw Nigeria claim a tightly contested opening set 32-30 before taking control of the game with a 25-21 win in the second set.
Nigeria completed the victory in the third set, sealing the match 25-18 to secure a strong start to their championship campaign.
Morocco are competing in Group A alongside hosts Egypt, Nigeria and Burundi at the continental tournament, which runs from 20 to 30 July 2026.
