Kigali - Ugandan champions Vipers SC have started preparations for the CECAFA Kagame Cup 2026 after arriving in Kigali, Rwanda, on Wednesday morning.

The Venoms wasted no time after their arrival, heading straight into training as they begin their final preparations for the regional tournament.
