Sudan U20 were held to a 2–2 draw by Rwanda in a friendly match on Wednesday as both sides stepped up preparations for the upcoming CECAFA U20 Championship in Tanzania.
The encounter provided valuable match practice for the young Falcons ahead of the regional tournament, where Sudan will look to make a strong start to their campaign.
The two sides are scheduled to meet again on Saturday, giving Sudan another opportunity to fine-tune their squad before the competition gets underway.
