Juba, South Sudan- Rainbow FC thrashed Al Hilal FC 4–0 in Week 2 of the Juba Football Association (JFA) First Division League, popularly known as the Konyokonyo League, at Jamus Playground in Juba on Thursday.
Rainbow delivered a dominant performance to secure all three points and strengthen their position in the early stages of the competition.
The victory lifts Rainbow to second place in the standings with six points, level with league leaders Al Huriya FC but trailing on goal difference.
Meanwhile, Al Hilal FC temporarily sit 11th in the table with just one point after their opening fixtures.
Rainbow will look to build on their impressive start as the battle for the Konyokonyo League title continues.
