ADDIS ABABA – Canadian international Ali Ahmed arrived in Addis Ababa on Sunday for an official visit aimed at strengthening ties between Ethiopia and its football diaspora.

The Ethiopian-born midfielder received a warm welcome upon arrival from officials representing the Ethiopian Football Federation (EFF), the Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other government institutions.
