Vihiga Queens became the first-ever winners of the CAF Women's Champions League CECAFA Qualifiers after defeating Ethiopia's CBE FC 2–1 in the final at the Moi International Sports Centre (Kasarani), Nairobi.
The victory earned the Kenyan champions the CECAFA region's qualification ticket to the inaugural CAF Women's Champions League 2021.
