Juba, South Sudan - Al-Hurriya FC have continued their squad reinforcement ahead of the upcoming Juba Football Association First Division League season 2026/2027 after completing the signing of midfielder Awath Michael, popularly known as “Dybala”.
The club secured the services of the former Lologo FC captain and playmaker on a free transfer following the end of his contract with the 2nd division side.
Dybala has signed a three-year contract with Al-Hurriya, bringing creativity and leadership experience to the club’s midfield.
The move makes Dybala the ninth player to join the flames during the ongoing main transfer window as the club prepares for its second-ever season in the JFirst Division League, popularly known as the Konyokonyo League.
Other players who have joined the club during the transfer period include Emmanuel Angelo Kolang, Stephen Barakiti, Viber Kabarama, Monas Simon, Mburiji Emmanuel “Vardy”, Martin Mawien, Samuel Caesar, and Godfery Jerry.
Al-Hurriya will be looking to their new recruits to strengthen the squad and compete for success in the new campaign.
