The 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA Qualifiers was the fourth edition of the regional women’s club football championship organised by the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA).
The tournament brought together the top women’s clubs from East and Central Africa competing for the region’s qualification slot for the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League final tournament.
The fourth edition was hosted by Ethiopia and held in the capital city Addis Ababa from 17 to 29 August 2024.
Eight clubs representing eight CECAFA member associations participated in the competition, including South Sudan champions Yei Joint Stars FC, who made their fourth consecutive appearance after competing in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions.
The tournament concluded with hosts Commercial Bank of Ethiopia FC (CBE) winning their first-ever CECAFA Women’s Champions League Qualifiers title after defeating Kenya’s Kenya Police Bullets FC in the final.

The official draw for the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA Qualifiers was held on 24 July 2024 in Egypt.
