Heegan SC have stepped up their preparations for a must-win CAF Champions League 1st preliminary round return leg, completing a double training session in Juba on Wednesday.
The Somali champions began the day with a gym workout, before returning to Juba National Stadium in the afternoon for an on-pitch session focused on their technical and tactical preparations.
Heegan face a 1–0 deficit from the first leg, meaning they must score in the return fixture to keep their hopes of advancing to the next round alive.
The second leg will be played on 12 September 2026 at Juba National Stadium, where Heegan will look to overturn the first-leg result and continue their continental campaign.
With the decisive encounter approaching, the team will maintain its training schedule while working on the physical, tactical and technical aspects of their game.
