Juba - Heegan SC management and officials of the South Sudan Football Federation (SSFF) held talks in Juba on Wednesday, with discussions centred on football development and strengthening cooperation between Somalia and South Sudan.
The meeting took place during an official visit by a Heegan SC delegation to the SSFF headquarters.
The delegation was led by Club Chairman Abdulkadir Hagi, alongside Vice Chairman Abdulkarim Ahmed and Secretary General Abdiweli Jama.
The discussions also focused on strengthening football relations between the two countries and exploring opportunities for closer cooperation.
Heegan SC are currently in Juba for their CAF Champions League preliminary-round campaign, with the Somali side preparing for the second leg of their tie on 12 September after a 1–0 first-leg defeat.
The Heegan delegation thanked the SSFF for its reception and expressed hope that the relationship between the two sides would continue to develop.
