The Chairman of Al Hilal Omdurman’s Election Committee, Ezz El-Din Fadlallah, has confirmed that all arrangements have been completed for the club’s elective General Assembly, set to take place on Thursday.
The assembly agenda includes the presentation of the club’s administrative report and financial budget, which has already been approved by the board after being submitted by Treasurer Alam El-Din Mohamed Abdullah.
The first session will be held at Abu Al-Tayeb Hall on Nile Street in Omdurman, starting from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The meeting requires the presence of half the membership plus one to achieve quorum.
If the required quorum is not reached, the second session will be held on Saturday with the presence of one-third of members. Should quorum still not be achieved, a third session will take place on Sunday, valid regardless of the number of attendees.
The Al Hilal administration has completed all necessary preparations to ensure the success of the electoral event as the club moves forward with its democratic process.
