Juba, South Sudan - Al Ghazala SC Wau have officially begun preparations for the 2026/27 season after holding a pre-season technical conference ahead of their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup preliminary campaign and the South Sudan Premier League.
The meeting was led by Head Coach Rizik Alphaza Hakim, alongside his technical staff, Club President, and Team Manager Santino, as the club outlined its objectives and roadmap for the new season.
During the conference, Rizik presented his football philosophy, emphasizing tactical discipline, player development, team unity, and a winning mentality as Al Ghazala look to compete strongly both domestically and on the continental stage.
The club's leadership reaffirmed its full support for the technical team, stressing the importance of hard work, professionalism, and togetherness in achieving the club's ambitions.
Al Ghazala SC Wau will officially begin pre-season training on Monday at Buluk Playground, where players will undergo intensive fitness, tactical, and technical sessions in preparation for the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary rounds and the new South Sudan Premier League season.
